1. What this is
Acus is a set of open smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and a website that reads them. The contracts let anyone stake USDG on one side of a United States election race in a pari-mutuel pool, as described in the documentation. The website is an interface; it holds no funds and cannot move yours.
2. Who may use it
You may not stake, claim or otherwise interact with the contracts through this website if you are located in, incorporated in or a resident of the United States of America, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Singapore, or any territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if doing so is unlawful where you are. By connecting a wallet you represent that none of this applies to you and that you are at least 18 years old. We may block addresses and regions at our discretion.
3. No affiliation, no advice
Acus is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Derivatives, Robinhood Chain's operator, Kalshi, Paxos, any candidate, party or election authority. Reference odds are third-party public data shown for information. Nothing on this website is investment, legal or tax advice.
4. Risks you accept
Smart contracts can contain errors. Results are posted by a resolver key we control, bounded by the dispute window, the void path and the refund valve described in the documentation. Pools can be thin and your quote can change until lock. USDG is issued by a third party under its own terms. Laws about election markets change. You accept these risks and the possibility of losing your entire stake.
5. The contracts govern
If this website, the documentation or any message disagree with the deployed contracts, the contracts govern. We may change the website at any time. We cannot change a finalized result, withdraw a stake or stop a claim.
6. Liability
The website and contracts are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including losses caused by a wrong call corrected or not corrected inside the dispute window, by network failure, by wallet error or by third-party data.
